Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert to provide data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessment for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role supports evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting to strengthen African space ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Support data and economic analysis for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.
• Conduct monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Synthesize evidence, compile data and develop dashboards or performance reports.
• Track indicators and contribute to results reporting under the programme.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in data or economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
