SEO/SEM Specialist – Drive Organic & Paid Search Growth

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. You will shape our keyword strategy, optimise website content, and manage PPC campaigns to boost visibility and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand and optimise keyword lists to increase organic traffic.
• Optimise on‑page elements such as meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and work with developers to implement fixes.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, monitoring cost‑per‑acquisition and ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building programmes to improve domain authority.
• Track, analyse and report on SEO and PPC performance using GA4 and other tools, providing actionable insights.
• Research competitor strategies, keywords and advertising tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup supply for uninterrupted remote work.
