About the role
We are looking for a meticulous Book Keeper / Payments Specialist to join our finance team. You will be responsible for handling day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, processing payments, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up‑to‑date.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts to guarantee consistency.
- Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline and improve financial processes.
