Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer works on‑site at Westline Education Group’s Tuol Sangkae campus, acting as the first point of contact for students, parents and visitors. The role ensures a welcoming environment, provides accurate information about school programs and policies, and supports smooth enrollment and registration processes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in person, by phone and through digital channels.
• Provide accurate information on school programs, policies, and procedures.
• Handle student and parent requests, supporting enrollment and registration activities.
• Record, track and escalate concerns or feedback to appropriate teams.
• Maintain service records and prepare basic reports for management.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Support front‑desk operations, including managing visitor logs and phone systems.
• Uphold Westline Education Group’s standards of service and professional communication.

Required profile

• Strong customer service, support and satisfaction skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for working with students, parents and colleagues.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Khmer.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tuol Sangkae, manage multiple tasks and remain professional under pressure.
• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably within education or service‑oriented organisations.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software and customer service systems.
• Relevant post‑secondary education or training in customer service, communications or a related field is an advantage.
