Director of Finance – Hotel

About the role

As the Director of Finance for Mövenpick Moroni, you will act as a strategic business partner to the General Manager and senior leadership, overseeing all financial and accounting functions of the 159‑room hotel. You will ensure compliance with Accor policies, local regulations and international accounting standards while driving financial performance and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, providing analysis to support commercial and investment decisions.
• Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, month‑end and year‑end close, and ensure accurate financial statements.
• Maintain internal controls, compliance, tax filings and asset protection, safeguarding hotel assets and mitigating risks.
• Partner with department heads to optimise revenues, control expenses and improve profitability, and support owner relations with transparent reporting.
• Drive cost‑control initiatives, procurement oversight and treasury management while supporting capital projects and renovations.
