Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead all financial activities for Garden City Water Park, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring and timely reporting to support operational and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow projections.
• Prepare regular financial statements and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Supervise accounting operations, ensuring correct transaction recording and compliance with Cambodian financial regulations.
• Analyse performance data, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support pricing and investment decisions.
• Coordinate with other departments to align financial plans with operational needs and lead/mentor finance staff.
• Assist with internal controls, audits and relationships with banks, vendors and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting with the ability to present data clearly.
• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting and ledger management, preferably using ERP software.
• Experience managing cash flow, cost control and financial analysis to drive business decisions.
• Knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations, compliance requirements and audit processes.
• Experience supervising or mentoring finance/accounting personnel and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; ACCA, CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• Effective communication in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
