Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Lead International Marketing

About the role

Harmovest Capital is seeking a results‑driven Global Chief Marketing Officer to shape and execute its worldwide marketing strategy. You will lead a high‑performing team across multiple regions, driving brand growth and customer acquisition in the fast‑moving Forex and CFD markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee marketing operations in MENA, SEA, Malaysia and China, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
• Drive performance marketing, digital acquisition, SEO/SEM, social media and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior and competitive insights.
• Manage external agencies, vendors and strategic partners worldwide.
• Lead regional marketing teams, assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Control regional budgets, optimise resource allocation and track ROI.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, events and exhibitions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Forex or CFD marketing (mandatory).
• Proven senior marketing leadership across MENA, SEA, Malaysia and China.
• Deep understanding of Forex/CFD trading environments and digital acquisition strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership and communication capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven global environment.
