About the role
We are seeking a proactive Information Technology Support Specialist to deliver Level 1 desktop support on‑site in Moroni. The role focuses on resolving hardware, software and network issues for end‑users, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, Outlook and standard business applications.
- Install, configure and maintain hardware and software assets.
- Perform password resets, basic Active Directory user management and email/VPN configuration.
- Log, track and update incidents in the ticketing system, adhering to SLA timelines.
- Escalate complex problems to Level 2/Level 3 teams when necessary.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Hands‑on experience with Active Directory and user account management.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently on‑site.
