Production Merchandiser – Apparel (Cambodia)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Production Merchandiser to be based at our Cambodia manufacturing facility. You will act as the key link between customers and factory teams, ensuring orders are produced on time, to the required quality and according to customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up bulk orders from pre‑production, sampling and material readiness through production and shipment.
• Manage the critical path and production schedule, identify risks early and drive timely action.
• Coordinate closely with customers, Production, QA, Sourcing, Warehouse and other teams.
• Ensure customer requirements, specifications, quality standards and delivery dates are clearly communicated and executed.
• Track production progress, resolve day‑to‑day issues and promptly escalate critical risks.
• Prepare clear and timely order status and production reports.

Required profile

• 5+ years’ experience in apparel production merchandising or garment manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of apparel production processes and bulk order execution.
• Experience with US retail or international customers; Target experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English with confidence in email and daily communication.
• Good Excel / MS Office skills; PLM or ERP experience is a plus.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and accountable, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced factory environment.
• Willingness to be based in Cambodia.
