AI Trainer – LLM & Generative AI Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to help shape the next generation of large language models and generative AI systems. The role is fully remote and involves collaborating with engineers and product managers to turn research goals into concrete training tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage end‑to‑end training pipelines, including supervised fine‑tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
• Create complex prompt templates and testing scenarios across coding, creative writing, reasoning and multilingual tasks.
• Define and maintain quality rubrics, analyse model failures, and produce “golden datasets” that set behavioural standards.
• Guide junior trainers and annotators, ensuring consistency and high‑quality output.
• Document training methodologies, model behaviours and iterative improvements for internal stakeholders.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose enhancements to annotation tools and evaluation platforms.
• Generate high‑quality synthetic data to augment training sets and improve model robustness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant technical field such as software engineering or computer science.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and articulate abstract concepts.
• Comfortable reading technical papers and staying up‑to‑date with AI safety research.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
