About the role
TalentWorldGroup is looking for a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to work remotely for a leading European travel‑tech platform. You will contact homeowners, qualify their properties for the vacation‑rental marketplace and hand over promising leads to the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Call homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing leads.
- Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
- Record and update lead information accurately in the CRM.
- Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up.
- Maintain detailed interaction logs and ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
Required profile
- Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
- Experience in call‑center, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
- Comfortable making warm and cold outreach calls.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM data.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaborate remotely.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Aircall, a cloud‑based calling platform.
- Experience using Pipedrive CRM for lead and pipeline management.
