Remote Webflow Developer – Full‑Time Contract

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Webflow Developer to join our remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity designs into fully functional, pixel‑perfect Webflow sites that drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build custom, responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert Figma or Adobe XD mockups into Webflow implementations.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend native Webflow functionality.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM systems).
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing to ensure seamless user experience.
• Maintain site security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, animations, and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design.
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects with custom interactions.
