Network Support Engineer – Comoros

About the role

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability, performance and availability of our network infrastructure. The role involves day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting and assisting with upgrades across the organization’s network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑level support for network‑related incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and routing issues.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance, respond to alerts or outages and maintain documentation.
• Maintain ticket updates and work with internal IT teams to resolve complex problems.
• Assist with network maintenance, upgrades and implementation projects.
• Communicate issue status and resolution in a timely manner.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in network support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with Cisco or comparable networking equipment.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory is advantageous.
