Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical, results‑driven Google Ads Expert / PPC Manager to join our fast‑growing remote team. As an independent contractor you will own the paid‑search strategy, building and scaling campaigns that generate qualified leads while maximizing ROAS and lowering CPA.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute full‑funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
• Conduct deep keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, manage bidding strategies, and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate data flow into Google Analytics 4.
• Produce clear, data‑backed performance reports on KPIs, traffic, and revenue for internal stakeholders.
• Allocate and monitor advertising budgets across multiple accounts or projects to ensure maximum ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling successful Google Ads campaigns.
• Active Google Ads Certification (highly preferred).
• Expert proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimisations.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proven effectiveness in a remote work environment.
