IT Infrastructure Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation and ongoing management of our enterprise IT environment. The role ensures that servers, networks, storage and cloud services operate reliably, securely and efficiently to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage and cloud platforms.
• Maintain high availability, performance and security of all IT systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical issues.
• Manage backups, disaster‑recovery plans and business‑continuity processes.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades and routine maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Lead, mentor and support the IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Proven ability to manage complex network and server environments.
• Strong problem‑solving, leadership and communication skills.
