Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the full content lifecycle—from concept and shooting to editing and publishing—across all social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts to create engaging multimedia.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community interaction.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly insight reports.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating managed accounts and successful campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken English with storytelling ability.
• Self‑sufficient infrastructure: reliable power source (inverter, generator, or solar) and high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.
